I will bring my own table, covers and chairs.

Payment will be made via Zelle or cash on the day of the event.

Only vendors with booths are allowed to sell, and each booth includes 2 passes.

Additional persons must pay the admissions fee.

I will supervise my booth at all times.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

All items being sold must be legally permissible. For more information please contact U.S Fish & Wildlife or USDA.

Sick animals are not allowed at the show.

No sales of unweaned baby birds in California.

Animals must be kept in clean cages with food and water.

Care sheets/receipts must be provided for animals sold.

Smoking is prohibited inside show buildings.

Exotic Bird Mart & Expo Inc. is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Vendors assume full responsibility for any issues arising from vending at the event.

Vendors and attendees enter events at their own risk and release Exotic Bird Mart & Expo Inc. from any claims.

Vendors are accountable for any incidents involving their animals or products.

Sales tax must be collected and reported to the state by vendors. For information on applying for a seller's permit, please visit www.cdtfa.ca.gov.

After the show, vendors must clean up their booth area and remove all belongings.
