SPACE COST: $100 per table space or $200 for 10x10 space

AGREEMENT

I will bring my own table and chairs.
Payment will be made via Zelle or cash on the day of the event.
Only vendors with booths are allowed to sell, and each booth includes 2 passes.
Additional persons must pay the admissions fee.
I will supervise my booth at all times.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Sick animals are not allowed at the show.
No sales of unweaned baby birds in California.
Animals must be kept in clean cages with food and water.
Care sheets/receipts must be provided for animals sold.
Smoking is prohibited inside show buildings.
Exotic Bird Mart & Expo Inc. is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Vendors assume full responsibility for any issues arising from vending at the event.
Vendors and attendees enter events at their own risk and release Exotic Bird Mart & Expo Inc. from any claims. Birds May bite. Handle at your own risk.
Vendors are accountable for any incidents involving their animals or products. Please purchase your own insurance if needed.
Sales tax must be collected and reported to the state by vendors.

After the show, vendors must clean up their booth area and remove all belongings. 

WAIVER:

I, (adult or minor child) HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Exotic Bird Mart & Expo Inc. and its owners, operators, vendors, agents, volunteers, officers, directors, affiliates, successors and assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I or Child ever had or may have arising from or in any way related to my/child’s participation in any events or activities conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of, Exotic Bird Mart & Expo Inc.

I understand that the activities that I will participate in and that I will see are inherently dangerous and may cause serious or grievous injuries, including bodily injury, damage to personal property and/or death. These risks include, but are not limited to, the unpredictable nature of animals, exposure to allergens, animal dieases etc. Exotic Bird Mart & Inc. can not guarantee any animal's personality. I should handle them at your own risk with care and knowledge. I understand I should do my research and quarantine my animals for at least 30 days and get them tested for any diseases immediately. I acknowledge and agree that unweaned baby birds are prohibited from being sold in California. I affirm that I will not engage in the purchase of any unweaned baby birds and will promptly report any attempts to sell such birds to me. The well-being of my family members and pets is my responsibility.

By entering the events or bringing home an animal, I am acknowledging and accepting the risks associated with animal ownership and committing to take full responsibility. I voluntarily assume all such risks. I will be in direct contact with animals that include but are not limited to: birds, parrots, macaws, cockatoos, conures, ponies, rabbits, reptiles, poultry etc., among other animals that may not be listed. I agree to supervise my children and family members at all times and will take full responsibility for their actions and well-being.

AGREEMENT: You must be signed up as a vendor to sell at the event. We have a variety of different vendors with different prices. Sorry we do not control prices and cannot provide pricing information. Stock depends on availability and what our vendors have available. Please note that every show is different depending on location and not every vendor listed will be present. All tickets are final and non refundable once you enter the event. . Do your research before making any purchases. All sales are final and is between the buyer and the vendor. Exotic Bird Mart & Expo Inc. is not responsible for any sick, dead or illnesses that may arise. It is the buyer's responsibilty to get vendors's contact information, reciepts and any documents for future references. Please keep your pets at home or you will be fully responsible. Additional parking fees may apply by the event center. We do not control parking fees. Upon arrival at our events all attendees grant Exotic Bird Mart & Expo Inc. permission to photograph and video tape the event to use for web, print and marketing materials. Information and prices may change without notice. We have the right to refuse service to anyone. Thank you for you cooperation.
